The Sun West School Division invites proposals from qualified Driver Education Instructors to provide Driver Education Services for the 2025-2026 school year to eligible students in the following Sun West schools:

Elizabeth Middle School (Kindersley)

Kindersley Composite School

Eaton School(Eatonia)

Westcliffe School (Marengo)

Eston Composite School

Elrose Composite School

Kyle Composite School

Beechy School

Lucky Lake School

Dinsmore Composite School

The successful contractor will be required to provide the Driver Education program as prescribed by SGI. The program consists of 30 hours of in-class instruction and 6 hours of in-car instruction for each student. The contractor shall also be responsible for providing a suitable equipped vehicle for use in the program and required to use the SGI online portal for the registration, tracking, and reconciliation of all students enrolled in the Driver Education Program. Sun West is open to flexible options for program delivery to the schools listed above.

Proposals, including the classroom instruction rate, in-car instruction rate, and references, will be received until 12:00 noon Wednesday, February 26, 2025.Please direct proposals and inquiries to:
