Career Development

Every two years, Sun West stages the ROADS TO SUCCESS Career Fair that brings all of Sun West's Grades 10 and 11 students to Rosetown where they visit displayers and see presentations from postsecondary institutions and potential employers from all over Western Canada. Young people will have many decisions to make about what they will do after high school and Sun West provides help and guidance on their road to success. Sun West encourages students to start career planning early, so they can learn about as many opportunities as possible and assess what career they will find most satisfying. Sun West works with students, parent/caregivers, the community, and the school to help young people consider all the factors on the road to success.
