Just to Play Volleyball

For over 20 years, senior girls Volleyball teams from Davidson School and Chief Kakhewistahaw Community School have attended each other's tournaments. This long-time relationship is explored in an upcoming video called "Just to Play Volleyball." This video will the first in a series of Indigenous Perspectives videos being produced by Sun West to explore relationships in Sun West with Indigenous peoples.

"Just to Play Volleyball" travels to Chief Kahkewistahaw Community School for the annual Canes Classic Volleyball tournament and speaks to past and current coaches and players from both Davidson School and Chief Kahkewistahaw Community School. The video will be released in early 2025 but below is an trailer about the video.
