Professional Devlopment Session Focuses on Phonological Awareness Through Music

On November 13, Sun West held a Phonological Awareness and Phonics Through Music Professional Development session for Grades K-2 teachers at the Sun West Learning Centre in Rosetown.

Professional Development is very important in Sun West School Division, and professional development sessions and workshops of all kinds are always going on.

The Phonological Professional Development sessions provided participants with a number of activities they could incorporate into their classroom as well as providing them with resources that would be helpful in developing their own activities in their classrooms.
