Dinsmore Student Wins Prize for Finding Scholarship

Congratulations to Dinsmore Composite School Student Alexis Elstad, who won a prize and found a scholarship by accepting a challenge from her Career Development Teacher, Char Dansereau.

The Career Development Teacher team publishes a newsletter, Student Career News, on a regular basis. Each issue is filled with amazing information to help students plan for their postsecondary education and career/life journey.

Ms. Dansereau, who is the Career Development teacher for Dinsmore, Beechy and Lucky Lake, challenged the Grade 12 students in her schools to find information on a scholarship in the September-October issue for which they can apply. Students who find a scholarship get a prize!

Alexis is the first student to find a scholarship and won herself a prize and who knows, maybe she will get a scholarship as well!
